If you have lost your Google 2-step verification code and can't log in to your IZIChain account.

Reset Google 2-step verification code with Google Secret Key.

If you save your Google Secret Key and cannot log in to your account, please re-bind Google 2-step Verification with the key in your mobile application "Google Authenticator". After rebinding, you can directly enter the 6-digit verification code to log in your IZIChain account.

***For old device***

<1> Please delete the original IZIChain account on your mobile Google Authenticator application, and re-bind it with the Google Secret Key. 

<2> Then, you can uninstall the Google Authenticator application, then re-install it and rebind your IZIChain account to it with the Google Secret Key.

Step 1:

Delete the original IZIChain account on the Google Authenticator application.

Step 2:

Rebind Google 2FA with the secret key.

Option 2: If you lost your device or uninstall the Google Authenticator, and never store google secret key (16 digits), please click "Can't access Google Authenticator?"

Please enter the code sent via email and password to disable 2FA, after click reset button.
